The extrusion system consists of a screw, barrel, hopper, head, and mould, through which the plastic is plasticized into a uniform melt and is continuously extruded out of the head by the screw under the established pressure in the process.

(1) screw: is the most important part of the extruder, it is directly related to the application range and productivity of the extruder, made of high strength corrosion resistant alloy steel.

(2) drum: it is a metal cylinder, which is generally made of alloy steel with heat resistance, high compressive strength, strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance or composite steel pipe with alloy steel lining. The cylinder and the screw cooperate to achieve the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, exhaust and compaction of the plastic, and to the molding system continuous and uniform delivery of plastic material, the general length of the cylinder is 15 ~ 30 times of its diameter, so that the plastic can be fully heated and filled
